The Minister of Finance, Jan Jambon, announces:
The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue a new syndicated euro benchmark bond maturing 22/06/2042 (OLO 104) in the near future, subject to market conditions.
BNP Paribas Fortis, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley have been mandated as joint bookrunners.
All other Primary Dealers will be invited to the syndicate group.
The OLO auction scheduled for 24/03/2025 is cancelled.
