New OLO 2056
The Minister of Finance, Jan Jambon, announces :
The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue a new syndicated euro benchmark bond maturing 22/06/2056 (OLO 107) in the near future, subject to market conditions.
Barclays, BNP Paribas Fortis, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley have been mandated as joint bookrunners.
All other Primary Dealers will be invited to the syndicate group.
The BDA reserves the option to organise an ORI on 06/02/2026. The OLO auction on 23/02/2026 will be maintained, but will likely focus on shorter OLOs and will be limited in size.
