Belgium continues its commitment to humanitarian demining in Iraq and Syria and contributed 1.35 million euros to the activities of the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) in 2025. As such, since 2019, Belgium has already invested more than 13 million euros in mine countermeasure initiatives in both countries.

The Belgian Debt Agency informs that the following 2 OLO lines will be auctioned on Friday 06 February 2026 for a maximum amount of EUR 500 million :

On 4th February 2026, the Belgian Debt Agency issued its second OLO syndicated benchmark transaction for the year: the new 30-year OLO maturing 22 June 2056. The OLO 107 has an annual coupon of 4.35% and was issued at a price of 99.938%, giving a reoffer yield of 4.355%.
