Financiering van initiatieven en tussenkomsten op het vlak van conflictpreventie

De ministerraad keurt op voorstel van minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Steven Vanackere volgende initiatieven op het vlak van de conflictpreventie goed:

• opbouw en versterking van de rechtstaat en van het justitieapparaat - Building the Capacity of Civil Society Organisations to Address the Legacy of the Past - International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) - Soedan
• ontmijning en non-proliferatie - Humanitarian mine clearance to
  advance agriculture and development in rural Cambodia - HALO Trust - Cambodja
• ontmijning en non-proliferatie - Furthering the anti-personnel
  mine ban in the Philippines through the engagement of armed non state actors - Geneva Call - Filippijnen
• capaciteitsopbouw en versterking van de civiele maatschappij -
  Nepal Secours (NS) - Soutien logistique à l'enseignement et à
  l'agriculture dans le district de Kaski - Nepal 
•  opbouw van een democratische samenleving, ondersteuning van
  participatieve processen - Let's Do It! Mobilising Youth For Change -
  Search For Common Ground - DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, Oeganda
• opbouw van een democratische samenleving, ondersteuning van
  participatieve processen - Plan d'Action Commun d'Appui aux Médias
  (PACAM II) - Programme d'Appui Commun aux Médias (PACAM) - Burundi
• eerbiediging en bewustmaking van de mensenrechten - UN SCR
