At the end of April 2021, the federal state's debt amounted to EUR 443.525 billion. The federal government debt thus increased by 0.191 billion euros compared to March 2021.

In net terms (after deducting the placements and the securities held in portfolio), the federal government debt amounted to EUR 423.926 billion, which represents a decrease of EUR 5.930 billion compared to March 2021.

The net financing requirements for April 2021 were -5.905...

In the framework of its "Optional Reverse Inquiry Facility" program, the Belgian Debt Agency has issued EUR  0.502 billion, in the following OLO-lines :

Today, the Belgian Debt Agency received the fourth and fifth tranches of the European Union Instrument for temporary Support to mitigate Unemployment Risks in an Emergency (SURE).

The fourth tranche consists of a 5-year loan for a nominal amount of EUR 1.300 billion. The maturity date is March 4, 2026. This loan reflects the 5-year transaction of the European Commission with a coupon of 0.00% and a negative yield of -0.488%. It follows that the corresponding amount disbursed (EUR 1.330 billion)...
