The 1st of September , he will succeed François Dumont who will be posted at the Belgian Embassy in Madrid. Until know, M. Delhaye works at the Ministry in Brussels. Previously, he served at the Belgian Embassies in Riyadh, Vienna (IAEA) and Kinshasa.
