New OLO 2030 - Syndication

The Minister of Finance, Jan Jambon, announces:
The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue a new syndicated euro benchmark bond maturing 22/10/2030 (OLO 105) in the near future, subject to market conditions.
Barclays, BNP Paribas Fortis, Citi, Natixis and Société Générale have been mandated as joint bookrunners.
All other Primary Dealers will be invited to the syndicate group.
The OLO auction scheduled for 26/05/2025 is cancelled.
