New OLO-FRN

The Minister of Finance, Koen Geens, announces :
The Kingdom fo Belgium has mandated Barclays, Citi, Crédit Agricole CIB and Deutsche Bank  to lead manage a new OLO 5-year FRN, due May 2018.
