Financement d'initiatives en matière de diplomatie préventive
Sur proposition de M. Karel De Gucht, ministre des Affaires étrangères, le Conseil des ministres a approuvé le financement, sur le budget du SPF Affaires étrangères, des initiatives suivantes en matière de diplomatie préventive :
