Sur proposition de M. Karel De Gucht, ministre des Affaires étrangères, le Conseil des ministres a approuvé le financement, sur le budget du SPF Affaires étrangères, des initiatives suivantes en matière de diplomatie préventive :
- Construction / renforcement de l'Etat de droit et de l'appareil judiciaire - United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) - Law Enforcement Investigation Training on Terrorist Financing and Money Laundering to be Delivered in Rwanda by the GPLM - Rwanda
