Preventieve diplomatie

Financiering van initiatieven van de preventieve diplomatie

De ministerraad gaat akkoord met het voorstel van minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Steven Vanackere om vier initiatieven inzake preventieve diplomatie te financieren op de begroting 2010 van de FOD Buitenlandse Zaken:

1. Opbouw en versterking van de rechtsstaat en het justitieapparaat - United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) - Law Enforcement Financial Investigation Training on Terrorist Financing and Money-Laundering to be
   Delivered in Rwanda by the GPLM - Rwanda 
2. Opbouw  en versterking van de rechtsstaat en van het justitieapparaat - Penal Reform International (PRI) - Monitoring of Gacaca Courts - Rwanda
3. Opbouw van een democratische samenleving, ondersteuning van
   participatieve processen - Drie Belgische vakbonden (ACV, ABVV en ACLVB) - Les syndicats comme promoteurs de paix: le rôle des syndicats dans la prévention, la gestion et la résolution de conflits dans la région des Grands Lacs à travers le dialogue social - RDC

5. Opbouw van een democratische samenleving, ondersteuning van

   affected areas - International rehabilitation centre for torture victims (IRCT) -
